摘  要:为解决南海某油田的腐蚀问题,将管道腐蚀速率控制在合格范围内,保障海上管线及设备的完整性及安全性,合成了一种以混合甲基吡啶、氯化苄为主要原材料的吡啶季铵盐缓蚀剂HSY-03,室内动态腐蚀评价表明,当HSY-03加注浓度为50 mg/L时,可将X65材质挂片的腐蚀速率降低至0.0569 mm/a,低于油田腐蚀标准0.0760 mm/a,但仍高于现场要求,当HSY-03、油酸咪唑啉(A)及硫脲(S)按照4∶4∶1复配后制备了一种复合缓蚀剂HSY-06,当复合缓蚀剂HSY-06加注浓度为50 mg/L时,可将X65材质挂片的腐蚀速率降低至0.0383 mm/a,满足现场需求,展现出良好的复配协同性能。In order to solve the corrosion problem of an oilfield in the South China Sea,control the pipeline corrosion rate below the qualified level,and ensure the integrity and safety of offshore pipelines and equipment,a pyridine quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor HSY-03 with mixed methylpyridine and benzyl chloride as the main raw materials was synthesized.The indoor dynamic corrosion evaluation showed that when the concentration of HSY-03 was 50 mg/L,the corrosion rate of X65 can be reduced to 0.0569 mm/a,which is lower than the oilfield corrosion standard 0.0760 mm/a,but still higher than the field requirements.When HSY-03,imidazoline oleate(A)and thiourea(S)are combined in accordance with 4∶4∶1,a compound corrosion inhibitor HSY-06 is prepared.When the concentration of HSY-06 is 50 mg/L,the corrosion rate of X65 can be reduced to 0.0383 mm/a,which can meet the field demand and show good compound coordination performance.
