摘 要:为了更好地控制碳钢的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)腐蚀,需要对其腐蚀规律进行研究,本文通过研究不同SRB含量下的腐蚀速率,得到腐蚀规律。当SRB含量<10个/mL时,腐蚀速率较低,而随着SRB含量的不断上升,腐蚀速率不断上升,当SRB含量为(4~6)×10^(6)个/mL时,细菌之间有一定抑制作用,导致SRB和H_(2)S气体对腐蚀的贡献达到了平衡值,腐蚀速率变化较小。不同SRB含量下,腐蚀形貌不同,在SRB含量<10^(6)个/mL时,腐蚀速率以CO_(2)腐蚀为主,而当SRB含量>10^(6)个/mL时,腐蚀较为严重,腐蚀产物膜较厚,且随着SRB含量增加,腐蚀产物膜厚度增大,腐蚀产物虽以FeCO_(3)为主,但已有明显FeS沉积物。To better control the corrosion of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)in carbon steel,it is necessary to study their corrosion law.This paper investigates the corrosion rate under different SRB concentrations to derive the corrosion law.When the SRB concentration is less than 10 cells/mL,the corrosion rate is low.As the SRB concentration increases,the corrosion rate also rises.When the SRB concentration reaches(4~6)×10^(6)cells/mL,there is a certain inhibitory effect between bacteria,leading to a balanced contribution of SRB and H_(2)S gas to corrosion,resulting in minimal changes in the corrosion rate.Under different SRB concentrations,the corrosion morphology varies.When the SRB concentration is less than 10^(6)cells/mL,CO_(2)corrosion predominates.However,when the SRB concentration exceeds 10^(6)cells/mL,the corrosion becomes more severe,with thicker corrosion product films.The thickness of these films increases as the SRB concentration rises.Although the primary corrosion products are FeCO_(3),there is already significant FeS deposition.
