银柴胡药材传统切制与产地趁鲜切制质量比较研究

摘  要:比较银柴胡药材传统切制与产地趁鲜切制饮片性状、浸出物、总黄酮和总皂苷含量,为银柴胡药材的产地趁鲜切制加工提供科学依据。比较银柴胡药材传统切片和产地趁鲜切片性状特征,并测定两者浸出物含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定银柴胡药材传统切片和产地趁鲜切片总黄酮和总皂苷的含量。银柴胡药材传统切片和产地趁鲜切片性状特征无明显差异,浸出物含量符合《中国药典》规定;且采用产地趁鲜切制银柴胡饮片浸出物、总皂苷、总黄酮含量均高于传统切制。银柴胡药材产地加工时趁鲜切制成饮片,质量符合《中国药典》规定,值得推广应用。Compare the characteristics,extracts,total flavonoids,and total saponins content of traditional cutting and fresh cutting of radix bupleuri,in order to provide a scientific basis for the fresh cutting and processing of radix bupleuri.Compare the characteristics of traditional slices and fresh slices of radix bupleuri,and determine the content of their extracts.Use UV spectrophotometry to measure the total flavonoid and total saponin content of traditional slices and fresh slices of radix bupleuri.There is no significant difference in the morphological characteristics between traditional slices and fresh slices of radix bupleuri,and the content of the extract meets the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.And the extract,total saponins,and total flavonoids content of silver Chaihu slices cut fresh are higher than those cut by traditional methods.During the processing of silver Chaihu medicinal herbs in the production area,they are cut fresh and made into slices,which meet the quality requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and are worthy of promotion and application.
