摘  要:选用一种不需加标准砂,不需用胶砂搅拌机搅拌,只需称取少量的试样,通过手动搅拌抽滤得到待测滤液,应用流动注射法测定其中水溶性六价铬,方法检出限为0.04 mg/kg(n=7),精密度为0.46%,加标回收率为96.01%~110.00%,并与GB 31893—2015《水泥中水溶性铬(Ⅵ)的限量及测定方法》中二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法的测定结果进行了比对,测定结果重复性满足要求。本方法操作简单快速,节省试剂耗材人力,避免调整酸碱度的时间对测定结果的影响,自动化程度高,适用于大批量水泥样品分析。In this paper,a method without standard sand and without a mortar mixer is adopted.Weighed a small amount of samples,the filtrate to be measured was obtained by manual stirring and filtration,measured water soluble hexavalent chromium in the sample by flow injection method.The detection limit of the method is 0.04 mg/kg(n=7),the precision is 0.46%,the spiked recovery rate is between 96.01%~110.00%,compared with the diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry of GB 31893—2015《Limit and determination of the water-soluble chromium(VI)content for cement》,the repeatability of the results was reasonable.The method is simple and rapid in operation,saves the manpower of reagents and consumables,avoids the influence of the time of adjusting pH on the determination result,has a high degree of automation,and is suitable for the analysis of large quantities of cement samples.
