摘  要:半导体照明的研究及产业化有利于实现照明用电节能减排的目的,而光学自由曲面设计是LED应用于通用照明领域的关键技术之一。在设计光学自由曲面时,按照光学系统紧凑程度由低到高,可将LED当作朗伯点光源或朗伯扩展光源。本文依次回顾了基于点光源的光学自由曲面设计方法以及基于扩展光源的光学自由曲面设计方法,阐述了不同设计方法的基本原理及设计思路,并分析了基于扩展光源的光学自由曲面设计的难点。通常光学系统的紧凑程度越高,相应的光学自由曲面越难以在实现目标光分布的同时保证光学系统有高的光能利用率。在设计照明应用的光学自由曲面时,应根据实际光学系统紧凑程度的要求选择合适的光学自由曲面设计方法,以最大程度实现半导体照明的节能减排以及实现优异照明效果的目标。The research and industrialization of solid state lighting is conducive to the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction of lighting electricity,and optical freeform surface design is one of the key technologies for LED application in general lighting field.In the design of optical freeform surface,according to the compact degree of optical system from low to high,LED can be regarded as Lambert point light source or Lambert extended light source.This paper reviews the design methods of optical freeform surface based on point light source and extended light source,respectively,expounds the basic principles and design ideas of different design methods,and analyzes the difficulties of designing optical freeform surface based on extended light source.Usually,the higher the compact degree of optical system,the more difficult the corresponding optical freeform surface to achieve the target light distribution while ensuring the system has high light energy utilization rate.In the design of optical freeform surface for lighting application,the appropriate design method of optical freeform surface should be selected according to the requirements of the actual compact degree of optical system,so as to maximize the energy saving and emission reduction of solid state lighting as well as achieve the goal of excellent lighting performance.
