摘 要:基于声光可调谐滤波器(AOTF)的工作原理,本文设计了一种基于单个AOTF双滤波超光谱显微成像系统。通过对未染色肺癌组织进行超光谱显微成像获得超光谱图像。结果表明与单次滤波相比,双滤波系统获得的超光谱图像能够观察到更多图像细节,图像质量更好,对AOTF在超光谱成像领域的应用有重要意义。Acousto-optical tunable fliter(AOTF)Based on the working principle of,a hyperspectral microscopy imaging system with double-filtering based on a single AOTF was designed.Hyperspectral images were obtained by performing hyperspectral microscopy imaging on unstained lung cancer tissue.The results show that compared with single-filtering,the hyperspectral image obtained by the double-filtering system can observe more image details and have better image quality,which is of great significance to the application of AOTF in the field of hyperspectral imaging.
