摘　　要：目的:探究不同炮制方法对中药地黄化学成分的影响。方法:选取生地黄、熟地黄、酒熟地黄三种不同炮制方法得到的药材,比较炮制完成后不同炮制方法下的梓醇含量、5-羟甲基糖醛、毛蕊花糖苷含量差异,并对比不同炮制方法中糖类含量。结果:(1)经过不同炮制方法,梓醇含量比较为生地黄>熟地黄>酒熟地黄(P<0.05);(2)经过不同炮制方法,5-羟甲基糖醛含量比较为酒熟地黄>熟地黄>生地黄(P<0.05);(3)经过不同炮制方法,毛蕊花糖苷含量比较为生地黄>熟地黄>酒熟地黄(P<0.05)。结论:不同的炮制方法中,梓醇含量、5-羟甲基糖醛、毛蕊花糖苷含量存在较大差异,每种炮制方法后得到的药材特性与功能有所不同,需要掌握正确的炮制方法,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the effects of different processing methods on the chemical constituents of Rehmannia glutinosa.Methods:Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata with wine were selected.After processing,the contents of catalpol,5-hydroxymethyl glyoxal and verbascoside in different processing methods were compared,and the sugar contents in different processing methods were compared.Results:①After different processing methods,catalpol content was ranked as Radix Rehmanniae>Radix Rehmanniae Preparata>Radix Rehmanniae Preparata with wine(P<0.05);②After different processing methods,the content of 5-hydroxymethyl glyoxal was compared as follows:Rehmannia glutinosa>Rehmannia glutinosa>Rehmannia glutinosa(P<0.05);③After different processing methods,the content of verbascoside was in the order of Rehmannia glutinosa>Rehmannia glutinosa>Rehmannia glutinosa with wine(P<0.05);④After different processing methods,catalpol content was compared as follows:Radix Rehmanniae>Radix Rehmanniae Preparata>Radix Rehmanniae Preparata with wine(P<0.05);The content of 5~(hydroxymethyl)glycolaldehyde was in the order of Rehmannia glutinosa>Rehmannia glutinosa>Rehmannia glutinosa(P<0.05).The content of verbascoside is Rehmannia glutinosa>Rehmannia glutinosa>Rehmannia glutinosa with wine(P<0.05).Conclusion:The contents of catalpol,5-hydroxymethyl glyoxal and verbascoside are quite different in different processing methods,and the characteristics and functions of the medicinal materials obtained by each processing method are different,so it is necessary to master the correct processing method to improve the clinical efficacy.
