苦参中药汤剂对RA小鼠GSH、ROS和IL-18浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨苦参中药汤剂对类风湿关节炎(RA)小鼠谷胱甘肽(GSH)浓度的影响。方法:采用随机数表法将30只小鼠分成四组,每组10只。对照组:正常小鼠,模型组:RA小鼠模型,苦参组:苦参中药汤剂治疗。除对照组,其余两组均建立RA小鼠模型。建模用药后7d、14d、28d对各组小鼠谷胱甘肽(GSH)、活性氧(ROS)、白介素-18(IL-18)的表达进行检测。结果:模型组GSH在7d、14d、28d逐渐下降,低于对照组(P<0.05);苦参组GSH值高于模型组(P<0.05);模型组ROS、IL-18在7d、14d、28d逐渐上升,高于对照组(P<0.05);苦参组GSH值低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:苦参中药汤剂能有效提升RA小鼠的GSH浓度,降低炎性反应,改善临床症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of Sophora flavescens traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the concentration of glutathione(GSH)in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)mice.Method:The 30 mice studied were divided into four groups using a random number table,with 10 mice in each group.Control group:normal mice,model group:RA mouse model,Sophora flavescens group:treated with Sophora flavescens traditional Chinese medicine decoction;Except for the control group,RA mouse models were established in the other two groups.The expression of glutathione(GSH),reactive oxygen species(ROS),and interleukin 18(IL 18)in each group of mice was detected at 7,14,and 28 days after modeling medication.Result:The GSH levels in the model group gradually decreased at 7d,14d,and 28d,and were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The GSH value in the Sophora flavescens group was higher than that in the model group(P<0.05);The ROS and IL 18 levels in the model group gradually increased at 7d,14d,and 28d,and were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The GSH value in the Sophora flavescens group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sophora flavescens traditional Chinese medicine decoction can effectively increase the GSH concentration in RA mice,reduce inflammatory reactions,and improve clinical symptoms.
