摘  要:有机保温材料组成的保温系统在建筑领域被广泛使用,但有机保温材料的防火能力相对较弱,其主要依靠外侧的抹面砂浆充当保护层以提高防火能力。目前,国内建筑有机保温层外设置的抹面砂浆厚度一般为3~4 mm,为研究增加抹面砂浆厚度对防火能力影响,通过标准试验方法,对不同保护层厚度的挤塑聚苯板进行了SBI单体燃烧试验。试验结果表明:保护层厚度为5 mm和8 mm时,对保温材料具有良好的防护效果,能使其燃烧分级达到B 1(C)级(难燃材料/制品),可为建筑防火设计提供参考。Thermal insulation system composed of organic thermal insulation materials is widely used in the construction field,but the fire resistance of organic thermal insulation materials is relatively weak,therefore,the outside plastering mortar plays an important role in improving the resistance of organic thermal insulation materials.At present,the thickness of plastering mortar set outside the organic insulation layer of buildings in China is generally 3-4 mm,but there is little research on the influence of increasing the thickness of plastering mortar on fire prevention ability.In this paper,the burning test of SBI monomer was carried out on extruded polystyrene board with different protective layer thickness by using standard test method.The test results show that when the thickness of the protective layer is 5 mm and 8 mm,it has a good protective effect on thermal insulation materials,and its combustion classification can reach B 1(C)level(flame retardant materials/products).All this could provide reference for building fire protection design.
