摘 要:为降低搭载湿式双离合自动变速箱车辆油耗,论文从变速箱软件控制角度出发,提出4种降低油耗优化方法:原地空挡控制、预挂挡控制、主油压控制以及换挡规律控制,并对每种优化方法具体实施进行了研究;通过Matlab软件中Simulink模块集成方法生成代码并将其下载至变速箱控制单元进行实车测试验证。研究结果表明:所提节油控制策略在全球统一轻型车辆测试循环(world light vehicle test cycle,WLTC)工况下,车辆每百公里油耗较优化前降低了近0.5 L,一定程度上降低了能耗,实现了节油效果,验证了该节油控制优化方法能够有效降低整车油耗。上述研究为车辆节能研究提供了一定的理论基础。In order to reduce fuel consumption of vehicles equipped with wet dual clutch automatic transmissions,four optimization methods for reducing fuel consumption are proposed from the perspective of transmission software control,including idle control,pre-shift control,main oil pressure control,and shift pattern control.The specific implementation of each optimization method is studied.The code is generated through Simulink module integration method and downloaded to the transmission control unit for actual vehicle testing and verification.The research results show that the proposed fuel saving control strategy reduces fuel consumption per 100 kilometers by nearly 0.5 L compared to before optimization under the world light vehicle test cycle(WLTC)operating conditions globally,which to some extent reduces energy consumption and achieves fuel saving effects.It is verified that the fuel saving control optimization method can effectively reduce vehicle fuel consumption.This research provides a certain theoretical basis for vehicle energy conservation research.
