摘  要:为在白色真丝织物上快速构筑出光子晶体生色结构,以聚(苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸)(poly(styrene-methacrylic acid),P(St-MAA))胶体微球为主要成分,通过适配黑色染料和结构稳固剂聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)构建结构生色组装液体系,采用真空辅助过滤法快速实现了结构生色真丝织物的制备。探究组装液体系中染料和PVA用量对光子晶体结构生色的影响,对比真空辅助过滤法与其他组装方法在真丝织物上制备光子晶体生色结构的异同,通过手绘方式在真丝织物绘制光子晶体结构生色图案。结果表明,当黑色染料质量分数为2.0%~3.0%、PVA质量分数为2.0%时,可以在白色真丝织物上获得较好的结构色效果;PVA加强了相邻微球间黏连性,制备的结构生色真丝织物在经历多次折叠后光子晶体结构未发生明显脱落,结构色未消减。调控微球粒径可以得到不同色相的结构色。采用真空辅助过滤法可在10 min内快速实现结构生色真丝织物的制备。手绘法可以获得图案化的光子晶体生色结构,较适合于个性化加工。该研究为快速实现纺织品的结构生色提供了理论支撑和实践基础。In order to rapidly construct photonic crystal color-generating structures on white silk fabrics,poly(styrene-methacrylic acid)(P(St-MAA))colloidal microspheres were used as the main component and a structural color-generating assembly solution system was constructed by adding black dyes and using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as structural stabilizer.Then with the vacuum-assisted filtration method,the silk fabrics with structural colors were prepared quickly.The effect of dye and PVA dosage in assembled solution systems on the photonic crystal structural color-generation were analyzed,and the similarities and differences between vacuum-assisted filtration method and other assembly methods for preparing photonic crystal chromogenic structures on silk fabrics were summarized,and the application effect of hand-drawn method in photonic crystal structural coloration on silk fabric was researched.The results showed that when the mass fraction of black dye was 2.0%~3.0%and the mass fraction of PVA was 2.0%,the excellent structural colored effect could be obtained on white silk fabrics.The adhesion between adjacent microspheres was strengthened because of the presence of PVA in the assembly solution system,and the prepared structure colored silk fabric had no obvious shedding of photonic crystal structure and no reduction of structural coloration after repeated folding.The color phase of structural coloration could be controlled by the particle size of microspheres.The use of vacuum-assisted filtration method could quickly achieve the preparation of structurally colored silk fabrics within 10 min.Patterned photonic crystal colored structure could be obtained via hand-drawn method,which was more suitable for personalized processing.This research provides theoretical support and practical basis for the rapid realization of structural color-generation in textiles.
