摘  要:细胞穿透肽可以与蛋白、核酸片段等多种生物活性分子非共价结合后将其递送到细胞中,其递送效率高,不会造成细胞损伤,进入细胞后可降解为无毒的氨基酸成分,在基因治疗、药物递送方面取得了显著的进展。穿膜肽的发现为多肽非共价结合递送系统的研究提供了新的研究方向。本文作者就近年来国内外关于穿膜肽以非共价结合方式递送核酸、蛋白药物的应用、研究方法以及影响因素等进行了综述。Cell penetrating peptides can be delivered to cells after non-covalently binding with proteins,nucleic acid fragments and other bioactive molecules,with high delivery efficiency and no cell damage.After entering cells,they can be degraded into non-toxic amino acids.Remarkable progress has been made in gene therapy and drug delivery.The discovery of transmembrane peptides provides a new research direction for the non-covalent binding delivery system of polypeptides.In this paper,the application,research methods and influencing factors of non-covalently binding delivery of nucleic acid and protein drugs by transmembrane peptides are reviewed.
