中药腹痛散穴位贴敷治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的疗效及对中医症状评分的影响

摘　　要：目的分析小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎采用中药腹痛散穴位贴敷治疗的疗效及对中医症状评分的影响。方法108例小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为Ⅰ组(常规治疗+中药腹痛散穴位贴敷,54例)和Ⅱ组(常规治疗,54例)。对比两组患儿的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、中医症状评分及治疗前后淋巴结大小、降钙素原水平。结果Ⅰ组患儿的治疗总有效率96.30%高于Ⅱ组的79.63%(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组患儿不良反应发生率略低于Ⅱ组,但无差异(P>0.05)。治疗1周后,Ⅰ组患儿恶心呕吐、腹痛腹泻、发热、流涕评分分别为(1.01±0.12)、(0.98±0.11)、(1.02±0.08)、(1.10±0.11)分,均低于Ⅱ组的(1.89±0.11)、(1.85±0.13)、(1.87±0.11)、(1.92±0.13)分(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,Ⅰ组患儿淋巴结大小、降钙素原分别为(3.29±1.15)mm、(0.41±0.12)μg/L,均优于Ⅱ组的(5.69±2.12)mm、(0.63±0.20)μg/L(P<0.05)。结论小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎采用中药腹痛散穴位贴敷治疗的疗效显著,安全性高,可尽快改善患儿症状,确保预后。Objective To analyze the efficacy of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine abdominal pain powder on the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis and its influence on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score.Methods 108 pediatric patients with mesenteric lymphadenitis were divided into group Ⅰ(conventional treatment+acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine abdominal pain powder,54 cases)and group Ⅱ(conventional treatment,54 cases)using a random number table method.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,lymph node size and procalcitonin level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 96.30% in group Ⅰ was higher than 79.63%in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group Ⅰ was slightly lower than that in group Ⅱ,but there was no difference(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the scores of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhea,fever and runny nose in group Ⅰ were(1.01±0.12),(0.98±0.11),(1.02±0.08)and(1.10±0.11)points,which were lower than(1.89±0.11),(1.85±0.13),(1.87±0.11)and(1.92±0.13)points in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the lymph node size and procalcitonin in group Ⅰ were(3.29±1.15)mm and(0.41±0.12)μg/L,which were better than(5.69±2.12)mm and(0.63±0.20)μg/L in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine abdominal pain powder for the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis has a significant therapeutic effect and high safety,and can quickly improve the symptoms of the children and ensure their prognosis.
