内热针+针灸理疗治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析对颈源性头痛患者应用内热针+针灸理疗治疗的效果。方法选取70例颈源性头痛患者为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组行针灸理疗治疗,观察组行内热针+针灸理疗治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、头痛持续时间与发作频率及生活质量评分。结果观察组总有效率97.14%较对照组的82.86%更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1、3周头痛持续时间(3.54±1.02)、(1.59±0.48)h/次短于对照组的(4.08±1.11)、(2.51±0.39)h/次,头痛发作频率(3.75±1.05)、(2.13±0.15)次/周少于对照组的(4.38±1.04)、(2.71±0.16)次/周,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组精神健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能评分分别为(76.74±2.68)、(75.07±2.23)、(77.63±2.77)、(76.32±2.26)分,均高于对照组的(72.23±2.17)、(71.29±2.38)、(73.19±2.69)、(72.47±2.59)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论颈源性头痛患者接受针灸理疗的同时增加内热针治疗可全面提升临床疗效,缩短头痛时间,减少头痛发作频率,促进生活质量水平的提升,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of inner heating dry needle therapy plus acupuncture and physiotherapy on cervicogenic headache.Methods 70 patients with cervicogenic headache were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture and physiotherapy,the observation group received inner heating dry needle therapy plus acupuncture and physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,duration and frequency of headache and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 97.14%in the observation group was higher than 82.86% in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 weeks after treatment,the duration of headache in the observation group were(3.54±1.02)and(1.59±0.48)h/time,which were shorter than(4.08±1.11)and(2.51±0.39)h/time in the control group;the frequency of headache were(3.75±1.05)and(2.13±0.15)times/week,which were less than(4.38±1.04)and(2.71±0.16)times per week in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,role-physical,bodily pain and social function in the observation group were(76.74±2.68),(75.07±2.23),(77.63±2.77)and(76.32±2.26)points,which were higher than(72.23±2.17),(71.29±2.38),(73.19±2.69)and(72.47±2.59)points in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Inner heating dry needle therapy plus acupuncture and physiotherapy on cervicogenic headache for patients with cervicogenic headache can comprehensively improve clinical efficacy,shorten the duration of headache,reduce the frequency of headache,and promote the improvement of quality of life,which has high application value.
