火龙罐综合灸在肾虚血瘀型中风(半身不遂)患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察火龙罐综合灸在肾虚血瘀型中风(半身不遂)患者中的应用效果。方法选取102例肾虚血瘀型中风(半身不遂)患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各51例。对照组采取脑病科常规治疗,试验组则在对照组基础上采用火龙罐综合灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分。结果试验组总有效率72.55%高于对照组的50.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组NIHSS评分(16.31±2.08)分低于对照组的(19.13±2.54)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组大便、小便、修饰、用厕、吃饭、穿衣、桌椅转移、行走/轮椅、上下楼梯、洗澡评分及总评分分别为(9.79±0.66)、(9.56±0.67)、(6.29±1.06)、(7.03±1.68)、(8.73±1.62)、(6.99±1.09)、(9.34±1.66)、(7.92±1.93)、(6.55±1.39)、(4.01±1.25)、(76.21±13.01)分,均高于对照组的(7.57±0.65)、(7.84±0.70)、(5.80±0.94)、(6.84±1.45)、(7.63±1.40)、(5.94±1.06)、(8.14±1.15)、(6.51±1.22)、(5.21±1.68)、(3.19±1.16)、(64.67±11.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火龙罐综合灸治疗肾虚血瘀型中风(半身不遂)患者的效果确切,可有效改善患者半身不遂的程度,提升生活活动能力,值得推广。Objective To observation the application effect of fire-dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type stroke(hemiplegia).Methods A total of 102 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type stroke(hemiplegia)were selected as the study subjects and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment in encephalopathy department,and the experimental group received fire-dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and modified Barthel index(MBI)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 72.55% in the experimental group was higher than 50.98% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of(16.31±2.08)points in the experimental group was lower than(19.13±2.54)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of stool,urination,grooming,toilet use,eating,dressing,table and chair transfer,walking/wheelchair,going up and down stairs,and bathing and the total scores of the experimental group were(9.79±0.66),(9.56±0.67),(6.29±1.06),(7.03±1.68),(8.73±1.62),(6.99±1.09),(9.34±1.66),(7.92±1.93),(6.55±1.39),(4.01±1.25),and(76.21±13.01)points,which were higher than(7.57±0.65),(7.84±0.70),(5.80±0.94),(6.84±1.45),(7.63±1.40),(5.94±1.06),(8.14±1.15),(6.51±1.22),(5.21±1.68),(3.19±1.16),and(64.67±11.41)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fire-dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion on patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type stroke(hemiplegia)is definite,which can effectively improve the degree of hemiplegia and enhance the ability of living activities,and is worth promoting.
