正骨拉伸技术联合推拿疗法治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析对小儿先天性肌性斜颈(CMT)实施正骨拉伸技术联合推拿疗法治疗的效果。方法选取50例CMT患儿,均运用正骨拉伸技术联合推拿疗法治疗。分析患儿的治疗效果,对比患儿治疗前后患侧肿块直径、症状改善评分及颈部被动旋转度、侧屈活动度。结果患儿治疗后,治愈20例,显效16例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率为98.00%(49/50)。29例肿块型患儿治疗后患侧肿块直径(0.98±0.28)cm小于治疗前的(2.42±0.25)cm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患儿症状改善评分(15.33±2.00)分高于治疗前的(4.38±0.90)分,颈部被动旋转度(90.68±5.66)°、侧屈活动度(54.45±8.72)°大于治疗前的(50.40±9.65)、(32.20±6.41)°,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿疗法结合正骨拉伸技术治疗小儿CMT效果显著,可明显改善患儿的临床症状,促进颈部活动度恢复,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of bone-setting stretching technology combined with massage therapy for the treatment of congenital muscular torticollis(CMT)in children.Methods 50 children with CMT were selected and treated with bone-setting stretching technology combined with massage therapy.The therapeutic effect of the children was analyzed.The diameter of the mass on the affected side,symptom improvement score,passive neck rotation and lateral flexion range of motion were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,20 cases were cured,16 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 98.00%(49/50).After treatment,the diameter of the mass on the affected side in 29 children was(0.98±0.28)cm,which was smaller than(2.42±0.25)cm before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom improvement score was(15.33±2.00)points,which was higher than(4.38±0.90)points before treatment;the passive neck rotation and lateral flexion range of motion were(90.68±5.66)and(54.45±8.72)°,which were greater than those(50.40±9.65)and(32.20±6.41)°before treatment;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage therapy combined with bone-setting stretching technology has remarkable effect on the treatment of CMT in children,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children,promote the recovery of cervical range of motion,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
