摘　　要：生殖支原体是泌尿生殖道感染的常见致病微生物,在不同人群中的感染率高,在多数女性感染患者中发病过程隐匿、通常无症状,对生殖健康的危害较大,不仅可引起尿道炎、宫颈炎和盆腔炎等泌尿生殖道感染,并且与早产相关,甚至还可以促进人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的传播。生殖支原体除引起常见的泌尿生殖道感染之外,还可引起脑脓肿、骨髓炎、伤口感染和关节腔感染等,甚至会引起血流感染。生殖支原体感染的诊断主要依赖于病原学检查,但由于生殖支原体体外培养困难,耗时长,因此在临床诊疗工作中无法常规开展。本文报告1例解脲支原体、人型支原体血培养同时阳性的病例,现回顾性分析其病例特点及病原学特征,希望为临床诊疗工作提供参考。Mycoplasma genitalium is a common pathogenic microorganism of urogenital tract infection,with a high prevalence of infection in different populations.In most female infected patients,the onset process is occult and usually asymptomatic,causing great harm to reproductive health.It can not only cause urogenital tract infection such as urethritis,cervicitis and pelvic inflammatory disease,but also is associated with premature birth.It can even promote the spread of the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).In addition to common urogenital tract infections,Mycoplasma genitalium can also cause brain abscess,osteomyelitis,wound infection,joint cavity infections,and even causing bloodstream infections.The diagnosis of Mycoplasma genitalium infection mainly depends on etiological examination,but because of the difficulty and time consuming in vitro culture of Mycoplasma genitalium,it cannot be routinely carried out in clinical diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,a case with positive blood culture of both Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis was reported.The characteristics of the case and etiology are analyzed retrospectively,hoping to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
