药房药物咨询服务在儿童合理用药中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究药房药物咨询服务在儿童合理用药中的价值。方法520例接受药物治疗的患儿,通过电脑随机分组原则分成参照组与试验组,各260例。参照组给予常规用药指导,试验组开展药房药物咨询服务。对比两组的合理用药率、满意度、不良反应发生率。结果和参照组(85.00%、86.92%)对比,试验组患儿的满意度(94.23%)、合理用药率(96.15%)明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿的不良反应发生率(4.62%)相对于参照组(14.62%)更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床药物治疗过程中实施药房药物咨询服务能取得显著效果,不仅能减少临床中不合理用药现象,还能减少滥用药物导致的不良反应,降低医疗成本和患儿家属的负担、压力。Objective To explore the value of drug consultation service in pharmacy in children's rational drug use.Methods 520 children receiving drug treatment were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 260 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine medication guidance,and the experimental group was given drug consultation service at pharmacy.The rate of rational drug use,satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group(85.00%and 86.92%),the satisfaction rate(94.23%)and rational drug use rate(96.15%)of the experimental group were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(4.62%)was lower than that in the reference group(14.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of drug consultation service in pharmacy during the process of clinical drug treatment can achieve remarkable results,which can not only reduce the phenomenon of irrational drug use in clinical practice,but also reduce the adverse reactions caused by drug abuse,reduce medical costs and the burden and pressure of family members of children.
