摘 要:电解电容因其易老化的特性,成为制约LED驱动电源可靠性的重要因素。为去除电解电容,提高LED驱动电源的使用寿命,提出一种将传统反激变换器与“并充并放”型辅助功率解耦回路集成的无电解电容LED驱动电路拓扑,利用辅助功率解耦回路对输出电流进行“削峰填谷”,抑制了输出电流的低频纹波;通过增加辅助储能电容电压脉动值,降低电路所需的电容容值,实现无电解电容化。同时引入载波层叠调制,将功率解耦模态判断、输出电流恒流控制和输出电流纹波抑制三大功能结合于电流环中,简化了控制模块。最后,试制了一台35 W的样机,实验测试结果表明,在不使用电解电容的情况下,样机实现输出电流恒流,同时输出电流纹波得到有效抑制,验证了拓扑与控制的可行性。Electrolytic capacitors have become an important factor restricting the reliability of LED driving power due to their aging characteristics.In order to remove electrolytic capacitors and improve the life time of LED driver,an electrolytic capacitor-free LED driver topology that integrates a traditional flyback converter with an auxiliary power decoupling circuit of the“parallel charging and discharging”type was proposed.The auxiliary power decoupling circuit was used to suppress low-frequency ripple of the output current through“peak shaving and valley filling”;by increasing the voltage ripple of the auxiliary energy storage capacitor,the required capacitance value of the circuit was reduced,which means the electrolytic capacitor can be eliminated.Simultaneously,by introducing carrier disposition modulation,the three major functions of power decoupling mode judgment,constant output current control,and output current ripple suppression were combined in the current loop to simplify control module.Finally,a 35 W prototype was tested,and the experimental results show that the prototype achieved constant output current without using electrolytic capacitors,while effectively suppressing output current ripple,verifying the feasibility of topology and control.
