摘 要:混合级联H桥整流器具有谐波性能好、电平数多、耐高压等优点,在电力电子变压器(PET)和电力机车牵引等领域具有良好的应用前景。首先,将传统级联H桥整流器其中一个单元换成含耦合电感的五电平整流单元,构成混合级联单相九电平整流器拓扑,解决了传统1∶3型级联H桥存在功率倒灌的问题。其次,针对该拓扑在分析其工作原理和建立数学模型的基础上,采用外环积分滑模控制(ISMC)和内环比例积分控制(PI)相结合的策略,在保留系统良好动态性能的同时解决了传统滑模控制存在稳态误差的问题。最后,通过在基本冗余矢量作用时间之上叠加补偿分量的方法,解决了级联单元间电容电压不平衡的问题,同时推导了电容电压平衡控制策略所适用的负载不平衡度范围。仿真和实验结果验证了所提拓扑和控制方法的有效性。The hybrid cascaded H-bridge rectifier has the advantages of good harmonic performance,many levels and high voltage resistance,and has good application prospects in the fields of power electronic transformer(PET)and electric locomotive traction.Firstly,one unit of the traditional cascaded H-bridge rectifier was replaced by a five-level rectifier unit with a coupled inductor to form a hybrid cascaded single-phase nine-level rectifier topology,which solves the problem of power backflow in the traditional 1∶3 cascaded H-bridge.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the working principle and establishing the mathematical model of the topology,the strategy of combining the outer integral sliding mode control(ISMC)with the inner proportional integral control(PI)was adopted to solve the problem of steady-state error of traditional sliding mode control while retaining the good dynamic performance of the system.Finally,by superimposing the compensation component on the basic redundant vector action time,the problem of capacitor voltage imbalance between cascaded units was solved,and the load imbalance range applicable to the capacitor voltage balance control strategy was derived.Simulation and experimental results verify effectiveness of the proposed topology and control strategy.
