摘 要:针对目前不平衡磁拉力求解过程复杂,计算耗时的问题,提出基于相对复数磁导的同心和偏心气隙磁场解。首先计算了定子无槽同心、定子有槽同心情况下的气隙磁场。然后根据上述两种解,辨识出齿槽效应影响的气隙相对复数磁导。进一步计算出定子无槽偏心磁场解,利用该解乘以相对复数磁导获得定子有槽偏心情况下的磁场解。最后进行麦克斯韦应力的积分,获得不平衡磁拉力。以一台36槽4对极永磁电机为例,进行了解析解和仿真解的对比验证。结果表明:偏心率在0.2~0.8范围内都具有高准确性,和仿真解误差小于8%。在基于耦合场的不平衡磁拉力计算中,对于一个时间步,相对复数磁导法和子区域法在谐波次数取200时耗时分别为0.12 s和38 s。本文研究结果缩短了不平衡磁拉力的计算时间,提高了耦合场迭代效率。In response to the current complex and time-consuming process of solving unbalanced magnetic pull,a concentric and eccentric air gap magnetic field solution was proposed based on relative complex magnetic permeability.Firstly,the air gap magnetic field was calculated under the conditions of stator without slots and with slots and concentricity.Then,based on the above two solutions,the relative complex magnetic permeability of the air gap affected by the slot effect was dentified.The solution of the stator slotless eccentric magnetic field was calculated,and this solution was used to multiply by the relative complex permeance to obtain the magnetic field solution in the case of stator slotting eccentricity.Finally,the Maxwell stress was integrated to obtain the unbalanced magnetic pull force.Taking a 36 slot 4-pole permanent magnet motor as an example,the analytical expression was compared with the simulation solution.The results show that it has high accuracy with in the eccentricity range of 0.2-0.8,and the error with the simulation solution is less than 8%.In the calculation of unbalanced magnetic pull based on coupled fields,for one time step,the relative complex magnetic conductivity method and sub region method take 0.12 s and 38 s respectively when the harmonic order is taken as 200.The research results of this article shorten the calculation time of unbalanced magnetic pull and improve efficiency of coupled field iteration.
