摘 要:核医学技术是利用放射性核素及其标记化合物在体内分布的特殊规律,从体外获得脏器和组织功能结构影像的一种技术,可用于诊断、治疗和研究疾病,具有重要的临床价值。肾脏疾病一直是核医学技术常见的应用领域,近年来核素显像技术不断创新,涌现出很多新兴的核医学技术,在肾脏疾病及其并发症如肾性骨病、血管钙化、继发性甲旁亢等的评估和诊断中发挥了重要作用。本文对经典及新兴核医学技术在肾脏疾病及其并发症中的应用作一述评,为临床医生合理选择及应用相应技术提供重要参考。Nuclear medicine is a discipline that uses nuclear technology to diagnose,treat and study diseases,which has important clinical value,and kidney disease has always been an important application field.In recent years,many emerging nuclear medicine technologies,which have played an important role in the evaluation and diagnosis of kidney diseases and their complications,such as renal bone disease,vascular calcification,secondary hyperparathyroidism,etc.This article will review the application of classical and emerging nuclear medicine techniques in renal diseases and their complications,and provide important references for clinicians to rationally select and apply corresponding techniques.
