成渝地区双城经济圈工业经济与生态环境耦合关系评价研究

摘　　要：构建工业经济与生态环境耦合评价指标体系,对2013—2022年成渝地区双城经济圈工业经济与生态环境协同关系进行实证分析。研究结果显示,成渝两地工业经济与生态环境耦合协调度整体呈上升趋势,且工业经济和生态环境综合水平均出现了明显提升态势,但也尚有较大的提升空间。为增强工业经济与生态环境协同发展关系,从推动工业经济转型升级、提升生态环境建设力度、加快成渝地区双城经济圈工业经济和生态环境建设一体化进程三个方面提出对策建议。Constructing a coupling evaluation index system for industrial economy and ecological environment,and conducting empirical analysis on the synergistic relationship between industrial economy and ecological environment in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2013 to 2022.The research results show that the overall coupling and coordination degree between industrial economy and ecological environment in Chengdu and Chongqing is on the rise,and the comprehensive level of industrial economy and ecological environment has shown a significant improvement trend,but there is still considerable room for improvement.To enhance the coordinated development relationship between industrial economy and ecological environment,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from three aspects:promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy,enhancing the construction of ecological environment,and accelerating the integration process of industrial economy and ecological environment construction in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.
