摘　　要：宁东作为我国重要的现代煤化工产业基地,在国家能源战略中的地位举足轻重,不仅建设了全球最大的煤制油、煤基烯烃(煤/甲醇制烯烃)加工生产基地,而且是能源化工“金三角”中重要一极,2020年宁夏煤制油产能占全国产能45%,煤基烯烃产能占比20%。当前,宁夏现代煤化工产业发展不仅面临环保、“双碳”目标、能耗双控等新要求,也面临经济性、产品高端化、关键技术突破、固废与废水治理等多方面挑战,如何实现高质量发展,是当前及今后该产业亟待解决的问题,也是企业各级管理人员认真思考的问题。As an important modern coal chemical industry base in China,Ningdong chemical industry base plays an important role in the national energy strategy,it has not only built the world's largest production base for coal-to-oil and coal-based olefin(coal/methanol to olefin)processing,but also is an important pole in the“Golden Triangle”of energy and chemical industry,in 2020,coal-to-oil production capacity in Ningxia will account for 45%of the national capacity,and coal-based olefin production capacity will account for 20%.At present,the development of modern coal chemical industry in Ningxia not only faces the new requirements of environmental protection,"Double carbon"and"Double control"of energy consumption,it is also faced with many challenges,such as economy,high-end products,key technology breakthrough,solid waste and wastewater treatment,etc.,also is the enterprise all levels of management personnel to ponder the question seriously.
