摘　　要：在碳达峰碳中和战略目标背景下,石油和化学工业将遭遇经济和能源结构调整的巨大挑战,同时也是转型升级、创新发展的时代机遇。油气化工产业作为南充市的支柱产业之一,如何在“双碳”目标下抓住机遇,实现油气化工产业内部结构转型升级,将油气化工产业发展水平提升到新的高度是亟需考虑并解决的问题。结合南充市油气化工产业发展现状,分析当前南充市油气化工产业面临的风险挑战,探讨了南充市油气化工产业转型升级发展路径。Under the background of the strategic goal of carbon peak and carbon neutral,the oil and chemical industry will encounter the great challenge of economic and energy structure adjustment,and at the same time,it is also an opportunity for transformation,upgrading and innovative development.Nanchong City is located in the northeast of Sichuan,which is the center city of the new natural gas chemical industry agglomeration belt in the northeast of Sichuan,and Nanchong Jingkai Chemical Park is recognized as one of the eight 100 billion green chemical industry bases in the province.As one of the pillar industries in Nanchong,how to seize the opportunity under the goal of“double carbon”,realize the transformation and upgrading of the internal structure of the oil and gas chemical industry,and elevate the level of development of the oil and gas chemical industry to a new height is a problem that needs to be urgently considered and solved.Combined with the current development situation of oil and gas chemical industry in Nanchong,we analyze the risks and challenges faced by the oil and gas chemical industry in Nanchong,and discuss the development path of transformation and upgrading of the oil and gas chemical industry in Nanchong.
