摘　　要：拥有一定数量的先进制造业集群,是区域经济综合竞争力强弱的重要标志。当前,江西省先进制造业集群发展水平还不高,规模实力、质量效益、竞争能力还不强,急需瞄准国内领先国际一流标准,培养一批在国内外有较强竞争力和影响力的先进制造业集群。在对江西“1269行动计划”重点打造的6个先进制造业集群发展现状、问题及竞争力进行具体分析的基础上,提出应强化顶层设计,科学规划先进制造业集群建设路径;重视品牌建设,坚持名牌带动战略不动摇;坚定不移地走规模化、集团化、专业化、国际化之路;重视人才队伍建设、培养和造就高素质人才等相关对策建议,以提升江西省先进制造业集群的综合竞争力。Having a certain number of advanced manufacturing clusters is an important symbol of the strength of the comprehensive competitiveness of the regional economy.At present,the development level of advanced manufacturing clusters in Jiangxi Province is not high,the scale of strength,quality and efficiency,competitiveness is not strong,there is an urgent need to aim at the domestic leading international first-class standards,to cultivate a number of domestic and international competitiveness and influence of advanced manufacturing clusters.In Jiangxi"1269 action plan"focus on building six advanced manufacturing cluster development status,problems and competitiveness of specific analysis based on the proposed should strengthen the top-level design,scientific planning of advanced manufacturing cluster construction path;pay attention to brand building,adhere to the brand-driven strategy unswervingly;unswervingly take the scale,Grouping,specialization,internationalization;pay attention to the construction of talent team,training and creating high-quality talents and other related countermeasures to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of advanced manufacturing clusters in Jiangxi Province.
