摘　　要：从食品制造产业发展的角度出发,分析了目前食品制造业发展面临的核心问题,基于工业互联网的核心概念,提出了食品制造业数字化转型的核心框架,并且从转型路径、转型机理以及具体的食品制造业生态构成层面进行深度解析,基于当地政府、平台本身提出了优化对策,全面推动食品制造业的数字化升级。From the perspective of the development of food manufacturing industry,we analyze the core problems faced by the current development of the food manufacturing industry,put forward the core framework of digital transformation of the food manufacturing industry based on the core concept of the industrial Internet,and conduct in-depth analysis from the transformation path,transformation mechanism and specific ecological composition of the food manufacturing industry,and put forward optimization countermeasures based on the local government and the platform itself to comprehensively promote the digital upgrading of the food manufacturing industry's digital upgrading.
