摘 要:矿用电机车作为煤矿工业生产重要的运载设备,其性能直接影响到工业生产效率。针对传统以永磁同步电机为动力来源的电机车在起动方面的缺点,将最大转矩电流比控制应用到矿用电机车调速系统中,并利用仿真软件Matlab/Simulink建立了调速模型,结合电机车实际工况,对电机启动与负载突变两种情况进行分析,结果表明表明:电机起动转矩大,脉动小,转速稳定。The mine electric locomotive in coal mine industry is an important transport equipment,whose performance is directly related to the production efficiency.In this paper,in view of the shortcomings in starting of the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor in the electric locomotive power sources,the maximum ratio of torque to current control strategy was applied to the speed regulating system of mine electric locomotive.and the simulation model was established by MATLAB/SIMULINK.Combined with the two actual condition of the motor start and load mutation,this results showed that:the electric machine has large starting torque,small pulsation and stable speed.
