In the process of charging pure electric vehicles by the existing charging equipment, the PE wire in the charging circuit is connected to the electric platform of the vehicle through the protection conductor, and there is a part of contact current to ground between the PE wire and the protection conductor in the charging circuit. At the same time, the charging equipment itself will also generate contact current, when the human body contacts the vehicle electric platform, the grounded human body will be connected in series or parallel to the PE wire of the charging circuit, the contact current on the PE wire and the contact current generated by the charging pile itself will flow through the human body, and if the contact current is greater than the human body's tolerable safety threshold, there will be a risk of electric shock, which will lead to charging safety accidents. An electric vehicle conductive charging circuit safety contact current test is investigated to provide a measurement method for future electric vehicles in the design of charging circuit safety contact current.
