摘  要:钛合金在航空制造中的重要材料,具有质量小、强度高、耐腐蚀的特点,但也导致其难以加工。针对钛合金镗削加工时的切削力,试验分析了镗削速度、进给量和切削深度三种工艺参数对其影响规律。首先开展8组不同参数组合的钛合金镗削加工试验,实际测量了加工时的切削力,然后采用支持向量回归(SVR)模型确定切削力的预测模型,最后分析了各工艺参数对切削力的影响规律。试验结果表明:切削力受切削深度影响最大,镗削速度、进给量的影响最小。Titanium alloy is an important material in aerospace manufacturing,which is characterized by light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance,but it is also difficult to be machined.For the cutting force of titanium alloy boring,the test analyzes the influence of three process parameters,namely,boring speed,feed and depth of cut,on the cutting force.Firstly,eight groups of titanium alloy boring tests with different parameter combinations were carried out to actually measure the cutting force during machining,and then the Support Vector Regression(SVR)model was used to determine the prediction model of the cutting force,and finally the influence law of each process parameter on the cutting force was analyzed.The test results show that the cutting force is most affected by the depth of cut,followed by the boring speed,and the feed has the least influence.
