摘　　要：机械设计制造行业作为现代工业体系的核心,正处于行业改造升级的关键节点。经济社会的不断发展,科学技术也在日益提升,这使得自动化生产设备的应用范围愈加宽泛,已然成为推动机械设计制造行业的关键助力。从机械设计制造行业中的自动化生产设备作用入手,分析了自动化生产设备的应用背景及其技术优势。在此基础上,探讨了自动化生产设备在机械设计制造中的应用实践,包括自动化生产线的设计与实施、智能机器人的应用、自动化检测与质量控制等方面。通过对实际案例的分析,揭示了自动化生产设备在提高生产效率、降低成本、优化产品质量等方面的显著效果。Mechanical design and manufacturing industry as the core of the modern industrial system,is in the industry transformation and upgrading of the key nodes.The continuous development of the economy and society,science and technology is also increasingly enhanced,which makes the application of automated production equipment more and more extensive,has become the key to promote the mechanical design and manufacturing industry.Starting from the role of automation production equipment in the mechanical design and manufacturing industry,the application background of automation production equipment and its technical advantages are analyzed.On this basis,the application practice of automated production equipment in mechanical design and manufacturing is discussed,including the design and implementation of automated production lines,the application of intelligent robots,automated testing and quality control.Through the analysis of actual cases,it reveals the significant effect of automated production equipment in improving production efficiency,reducing costs and optimizing product quality.
