摘 要:燃煤锅炉运行将产生诸多SO2、NOx等污染物,多采取SCR烟气脱硝系统控制污染排放,却容易受多种因素影响,降低脱硝效率,亟需对其深入研究。介绍了SCR烟气脱硝反应原理,基于此,分析了系统设计、运行控制及烟气特性的影响,并以某火电厂燃煤锅炉为例,提出了SCR烟气脱硝系统应用建议,以期为相关工作者提供参考。The operation of coal-fired boilers will produce many SO2,NOx and other pollutants,more than SCR flue gas denitrification system to control the emission of pollution,but is susceptible to a variety of factors to reduce the efficiency of denitrification,the need for an in-depth study of it.The article briefly describes the SCR flue gas denitrification reaction principle,as a basis,analyzes the system design,operation control and flue gas characteristics of the impact,and a coal-fired boiler of a coal-fired power plant as an example,put forward the application of SCR flue gas denitrification system recommendations,with a view to providing reference for relevant workers.
