摘　　要：针对目前国能包神铁路集团有限责任公司机务分公司低成本发展战略,以清洗SS4B型电力机车配件干冰清洗工艺及装备和智能喷砂装备为例,对比分析传统作业与智能化设备作业的经济成本及应用效果,论述技术进步和创新对于低成本战略的作用。研究表明,技术创新可有效提高作业效率,降低经济成本,实现精益成本管理、业财双向互联。In view of the low cost development strategy of the locomotive branch of the National Energy Baoshen Railway Group Co.,LTD.,this paper takes the dry ice cleaning process and equipment of cleaning SS4B electric locomotive parts and intelligent sandblasting equipment as an example,compares and analyzes the economic cost and application effect of traditional operation and intelligent equipment operation,and discusses the role of technological progress and innovation for low cost strategy.Research shows that technological innovation can effectively improve operational efficiency,reduce economic costs,and realize lean cost management and two-way interconnection of industry and finance.
