摘 要:针对目前电力系统检修计划管理中存在的问题,提出了一种基于多目标优化的检修计划管理方法。该方法建立了包括设备健康状态、检修资源约束和电网运行风险等多个目标的检修计划优化模型,采用改进的遗传算法对模型进行求解,得到了兼顾各个目标的最优检修计划。通过仿真分析,证明了该方法能够有效平衡检修成本、设备可靠性和电网风险,较传统方法可节约检修成本15%,设备故障率降低12%,电网风险指数降低20%。Aiming at the problems existing in the current power system maintenance plan management,a maintenance plan management method based on multi-objective optimization is proposed.The method establishes a maintenance plan optimization model with multiple objectives,including equipment health status,maintenance resource constraints and grid operation risk,etc.The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the optimal maintenance plan that takes into account each objective is obtained.Through simulation analysis,it is proved that this method can effectively balance the maintenance cost,equipment reliability and grid risk,and can save 15%of maintenance cost,reduce 12%of equipment failure rate and 20%of grid risk index compared with the traditional method.
