摘　　要：作为实体经济的核心,先进制造业企业实现高质量发展能有效促进企业可持续发展和经济增长。基于2018—2022年先进制造业企业数据,探究工匠精神、技术创新能力与企业高质量发展之间的关系。研究发现:工匠精神能显著正向推动先进制造业企业高质量发展,同时能显著正向促进技术创新能力的提高;在工匠精神与先进制造业企业高质量发展的影响机制中,技术创新能力具备中介影响。企业有效将工匠精神融入到生产运作中,推动企业技术创新与突破,进而促进企业高质量发展。结果以期丰富先进制造业企业高质量发展相关研究,为促进先进制造业企业提升企业核心竞争力和实现长久健康发展提供理论和实际意义的借鉴。As the core of the real economy,advanced manufacturing enterprises can effectively promote sustainable development and economic growth by achieving high-quality development.Based on the data of advanced manufacturing enterprises from 2018 to 2022,this study explores the relationship between the spirit of craftsmanship,technological innovation ability,and high-quality development of enterprises.Research has found that the spirit of craftsmanship can significantly and positively promote the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing enterprises,while also significantly and positively promoting the improvement of technological innovation capabilities;In the influence mechanism between the spirit of craftsmanship and the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing enterprises,technological innovation capability has a mediating influence.Enterprises effectively integrate the spirit of craftsmanship into production operations,promote technological innovation and breakthroughs,and thereby promote high-quality development of the enterprise.The results aim to enrich the research on high-quality development of advanced manufacturing enterprises,and provide theoretical and practical significance for promoting the enhancement of core competitiveness and achieving long-term healthy development of advanced manufacturing enterprises.
