摘　　要：“双碳”目标战略实施以来,天水市微电子产业通过多种路径加快节能减排步伐,促进产业的绿色转型。基于此,阐述了我国微电子产业的发展现状,分析了天水市微电子产业发展存在的问题,对“双碳”目标背景下天水市微电子产业的发展路径进行了研究探讨,以期为同类行业提供一定的参考价值。The state attaches great importance to the microelectronics industry and has introduced a series of supportive policies to promote the rapid development of the domestic microelectronics industry.The low-carbon development of microelectronics industry has an important impact on the overall realization of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in China.Since the implementation of the "double carbon" strategy,the microelectronics industry in Tianshui City has accelerated the pace of energy conservation and emission reduction through various paths to promote the green transformation of the industry.This paper expounds the development status of China's microelectronics industry,analyzes the problems existing in the development of Tianshui City's microelectronics industry,and studies the development path of Tianshui City's microelectronics industry under the background of "dual carbon",in order to provide certain reference value for similar industries.
