摘  要:针对机载电子设备偶发的安装耳碰磨问题,研究了碰磨因素影响下的机载电子设备有限元仿真计算方法,建立了碰磨前后的电子设备计算模型,进行了机载电子设备安装耳碰磨前后振动响应计算分析,对耐久随机振动工况下的计算模型进行仿真分析,证明了机载电子设备安装耳碰磨前、后均可以满足耐久振动要求,碰磨前、后设备响应的最大位置及数值都十分接近。Aiming at the problem of accidental ear collision of airborne electronic equipment during installation,the finite element simulation calculation method of airborne electronic equipment under the influence of the factors of collision was studied,the calculation model of electronic equipment before and after collision was established,the vibration response of airborne electronic equipment before and after ear collision was calculated and analyzed,and the calculation model under the condition of durable random vibration was simulated.It is proved that the requirements of durable vibration can be met before and after the ear of the airborne electronic equipment is installed,and the maximum position and value of the equipment response before and after the impact are very close.
