摘  要:为解决箱烟在包装输送过程中缺条等质量追溯的问题,研制了一种箱装质量追溯在线喷码装置。在原箱装称重系统的基础上进行软件开发,设计了一套数据采集系统,将动态称实时的烟箱质量、牌号、测量时间等信息实时在线采集并存储,并设计了可视化界面以便进行状态监视、查询、牌号维护和设置等;在原称重系统的后方,增加了一套在线隐形喷码系统;通过Python编程,将采集的数据进行处理,并实时打印在对应的烟箱上,对烟箱进行标识,以便于异常环节的质量追溯。以青岛卷烟厂箱烟输送过程的实际运行数据进行统计验证,结果表明,研制的箱装质量追溯系统能够实现箱烟的实时喷码,喷码率为100%。该技术可为顾客投诉及检测系统的可靠性提供依据,为提高产品质量提供支持。In order to reject the traceability of the boxes of cigarettes quality,a device for tracing quality and online spurting code was designed.On the basis of existing weighing control system,a data acquisition system was designed through software development.The weigh,number and measure time was collected and saved.A visual display interface was designed to monitor,check,Maintain and set the status information.In order to identify the carton and trace quality of abnormal links,an online spurting code system was added to spurt the collected data on the carton by Python program.The designed device was tested with.data statistics during the transportation of the cigarette box.The results showed that the device for tracing quality realized the online spurting code on the boxes for carrying cigarettes.The spurt rate reached 100%.This technology provides an evidence for customer complaints and the reliability of the detection system.At the same time,this technology provides a support for promoting cigarette quality.
