摘  要:针对某热电站在调控供热时的温度调节能力不佳的问题,设计了基于调整一次侧管网供水流量的热电站温度调节方案,研究了TD3算法相较于DDPG算法的优越性,设计了基于TD3算法的热力站温度调节控制流程。通过工业应用发现热电站的温度调节的相对误差保持在4%以下,可工业使用。同时,经过经济计算发现TD3温度调节控制算法为热电站带来475万元的年收益,经济性可行。A thermal power station has poor temperature regulation ability in regulating heat supply,so a thermal power station temperature regulation program based on adjusting the water supply flow rate of the primary side pipeline network is designed,the superiority of the TD3algorithm compared with the DDPG algorithm is investigated,and the temperature regulation control process of the thermal power station based on the TD3 algorithm is designed.The relative error of temperature regulation of thermal power station is found to be kept below 4%through industrial application,which can be used industrially.Meanwhile,the economic calculation found that the TD3 temperature regulation control algorithm brings 4.75 million dollars of annual revenue for the thermal power station,which is economically feasible.
