摘  要:焦炭烘干旨在降低矿焦槽中贮存焦炭的含水量,是高炉生产中降低焦比、提高焦炭筛分效率、提高炉顶温度、高炉维稳运行的常用措施。根据焦炭烘干工艺系统原理计算烘干风量及风机风压,通过风量及风压确定风机设备的选型,达到了日节约焦炭55 t、每年节省资金2 500余万元的目的。Coke drying aims to reduce the water content of coke stored in the mine coke tank,which is a common measure to reduce coke ratio,improve coke screening efficiency,increase the roof temperature,and stabilize the operation of blast furnace in blast furnace production.According to the principle of coke drying process system,the drying air volume and fan air pressure are calculated,and then the selection of fan equipment is determined by the air volume and air pressure,which achieves the purpose of saving 55 t of coke per day and more than 25 million yuan per year.
