摘　　要：以某电力企业为例,对该企业供应链管理需求进行分析,提出具体的物资供应链信息管理系统构建方案,并进行详细设计,将该系统应用于某电力企业工业配件的采买和供应当中,对应用前后的经济性进行分析。This paper takes an electric power enterprise as an example,analyzes the enterprise's supply chain management demand,proposes a specific material supply chain information management system construction plan,and carries out a detailed design,applies the system to the purchase and supply of industrial parts in an electric power enterprise,and analyzes the economy before and after the application.
