摘  要:在高度竞争的市场环境中,高供应链韧性水平已经成为电子产品制造企业应对风险的关键要素。因此,从4个维度构建了包含16个指标的电子产品制造企业的供应链韧性评价体系,利用熵权—topsis法对我国23个电子产品制造企业2022年的供应链韧性进行评价分析。研究发现,各企业的供应链韧性存在较大差距,整体韧性水平不高。基于研究结果,提出了重视自主创新能力、提高企业研发效率等建议提高供应链韧性水平。In a highly competitive market environment,high supply chain resilience has become a key element for electronic product manufacturing enterprises to cope with risks.Therefore,we constructed a supply chain toughness evaluation system of electronic product manufacturing enterprises containing 16 indicators from four dimensions,and evaluated and analyzed the supply chain toughness of 23electronic product manufacturing enterprises in China in 2022 by using entropy weight-topsis method.It is found that there is a big gap between the supply chain toughness of each enterprise,and the overall toughness level is not high.Based on the results of the study,suggestions are put forward to improve the supply chain toughness level by emphasizing the independent innovation ability and improving the R&D efficiency of enterprises.
