摘　　要：在全球脱碳的浪潮中,环境保护和能源安全的议题已不再是简单的口号,而是各国政府及民众共同关注的焦点。在这一背景下,全球汽车产业正经历着由燃油时代向电动智能时代的重大转型。特别是低污染、低能源依赖性的清洁能源动力汽车,已成为各国竞相发展的重点。新能源汽车行业以电动化为技术背景,迎来了前所未有的发展良机,全球新能源汽车市场呈现出爆发式的增长态势。为深入剖析我国汽车企业如何应对这一市场变革,提升财务竞争力,该研究以吉利汽车为研究对象,基于PEST模型对其进行战略分析,并通过构建财务竞争力评价体系,找出吉利汽车在经营过程中的不足之处,还深究其背后的原因,为吉利汽车的未来发展提供针对性的优化建议。In the global decarbonization wave,the issue of environmental protection and energy security is no longer a simple slogan,but the focus of the governments and people of all countries.In this context,the global automobile industry is undergoing a major transformation from the fuel era to the electric intelligent era.In particular,clean energy powered vehicles with low pollution,low energy dependence and low energy dependence have become the focus of competitive development.The new energy vehicle industry,with electric as the technical background,ushered in an unprecedented opportunity of development,and the global new energy vehicle market showed an explosive growth trend.For deeply analyze the auto companies how to deal with the market change,improve financial competitiveness,this paper with geely automobile as the research object,based on the PEST model of strategic analysis,and build the financial competitiveness evaluation system,find out the shortcomings in the process of operation,also investigate the reasons behind it,for the future development of geely automobile targeted optimization Suggestions.
