摘 要:法兰连接是石油天然气钻采井控装备中常见且至关重要的连接形式,不仅实现了设备间的稳固连接,还为内部介质与外部环境的隔离提供了必要的密封保障,其连接的可靠性在很大程度上依赖于密封垫圈的性能表现。基于参数化建模设计,结合重要抽样方法、有限元仿真及随机搜索算法,系统分析不同结构垫圈的性能响应空间分布特性,并提出一种高效的垫圈自动化设计方法。结果表明:垫圈的性能响应空间呈现出高度碎片化且非线性的分布特征,难以归纳出明确的规律;通过自动化设计优化后的垫圈,满足密封性能要求,其强度相比原设计提升了21.56%。Flange connections are common and critical in oil and gas drilling and production well control equipment,serving not only to securely join various pieces of equipment but also to ensure a reliable sealing between the internal medium and the external environment.The reliability of these connections largely depends on the performance of the sealing gasket.We present a parametric modeling approach,incorporating importance sampling,finite element simulations,and stochastic search algorithms to comprehensively analyze the performance response characteristics of gaskets with different structural designs.Additionally,an efficient automated gasket design method was proposed.The results indicate that the performance response space of gaskets exhibits a highly fragmented and nonlinear distribution,making it challenging to identify clear patterns.The optimized gaskets,designed through automation,not only meet sealing performance requirements but also improve the strength by 21.56%compared to the original design.
