摘  要:天然气掺氢是实现氢气大规模、长距离运输的重要技术手段,有必要开展基于天然气掺氢技术的混合装置及混合效果研究。为了优选混合装置并探究其混合效果,选用氢气和甲烷两种工质,构建T型管(主管与支管夹角为30°、60°和90°)混合器、单切向混合器及文丘里混合器模型,并基于Fluent对所构建模型进行数值模拟,对不同模型的混合效果进行对比分析。结果表明:在采用控制变量法的情况下,随着速度、掺氢比分别增大,混合效果越差;速度比(甲烷/氢气)对混合性能影响很大,速度比越大,混合效果越好;在已设定的几种条件下,单切向混合器的混合效果最佳,T型管(90°)混合器的混合效果最差。Natural gas-hydrogen blending is a technical means to achieve large-scale and long-distance transportation of hydrogen.It is necessary to investigate the blending device and mixing effect characteristics based on the natural gas hydrogen blending technology.To select the best blending device and investigate its mixing characteristics,two types of work gases,hydrogen and methane,were used in this work.The T-tube(30°,60°and 90°)mixer,the single tangential mixer and Venturi mixer models were constructed,and the numerical simulation of the constructed models was performed based on Fluent.The study shows that with the increase of the velocity and hydrogen blending ratio,the mixing effect will be worse when using the control variable method.The velocity ratio(methane/hydrogen)greatly affects the mixing performance,and the larger the velocity ratio,the better the mixing effect.Under the several conditions that have been set,the single tangential mixer has the best mixing effect,and the T-tube(90°)mixer is the worst.
