摘  要:超高压水射流井底岩石切槽应力卸载方法是提高破岩效率的有效手段,然而现有井下增压装置为被动增压,超高压脉冲射流输出持续时间短且难以实现输出频率可控可调,导致切槽效率低。设计一种新型电磁阀控制井下增压器,通过室内实验和数值模拟相结合的方式分析其增压性能和输出特性。结果表明:增压装置的输出特性为高压射流和低压射流组合而成的混合脉冲射流,输出波形近似方波且输出频率可调;输出特性受输入压力与结构参数的影响较大,输入压力和活塞面积比增大,使得峰值压力升高而增大了射流切槽能力,活塞行程增大延长了超高压水射流的持续时间,提高了水射流切槽效率。Stress release with rock slotting by the ultra-high-pressure water jet is an effective method of reducing the rock strength in the bottom hole.However,traditional downhole intensifiers are limited in their effectiveness for rock slotting as they belong to the passive pressurization method,fixed output frequencies,and short durations are along with the high-pressure water jet,resulting in a low efficiency.A novel intensifier controlled by the electromagnetic valve was proposed.The pressurization performance and output characteristics of the intensifier were thoroughly analyzed through lab tests and numerical simulations.The results demonstrate that the output jet feature of the intensifier exhibits a hybrid pulsed jet comprising a combination of high-pressure and low-pressure jets.The output waveform goes like a square wave,with the ability to adjust the output frequency.The output characteristics of the intensifier are significantly influenced by the input pressure and structural parameters.Increasing the input pressure and the plunger area ratio leads to a higher peak pressure,resulting in an improved rock slotting capability of the jet.Moreover,increasing the plunger stroke prolongs the duration of the ultra-high-pressure water jet,thereby enhancing the efficiency of rock slotting.
