摘　　要：双翅目(Diptera)是法医昆虫学中最为常见和重要的一种蝇类,通过分析死亡现场双翅目蝇类的群落演替规律及生活史特征可以推断死亡时间(PMI)。其中,对蝇类进行准确快速的种属鉴定在司法实践应用上至关重要。目前,形态学鉴定、分子种属鉴定、翅脉的图像数字化、表皮碳氢化合物、组学技术等方法在种属鉴定中得以探索应用。本文综合性回顾了双翅目蝇类种属鉴定方法及其优缺点,以期为法医昆虫学种属鉴定方法的不断改进提供思路。Diptera is one of the most common and important fly species in forensic entomology,and the postmortem interval(PMI)can be inferred by analyzing the community succession pattern and life history characteristics of Diptera flies at the death scene.Among them,accurate and rapid species identification of flies is crucial in the application of judicial practice.Currently,except for morphological and molecular species identification,image digitization of wing veins,cuticular hydrocarbons,and omics techniques have been explored in species identification.In this paper,we comprehensively review the methods of species identification of Diptera flies and their advantages and disadvantages,with a view to providing ideas for the continuous improvement of species identification methods in forensic entomology.
