下辽河平原区耕地绿色利用效率的时空演化及影响因素研究

摘  要:[目的]探究下辽河平原区耕地绿色利用效率时空演化规律及影响因素,为保障国家粮食安全、发展低碳减排和实现农业经济可持续增长提供科学依据。[方法]借助超效率SBM模型对2009-2022年下辽河平原区32个农业县(市、区)耕地绿色利用效率进行测度,在此基础上,利用空间自相关、Tobit模型等分析各县(市、区)耕地绿色利用效率的时空格局演变特征及影响因素。[结果]研究期内下辽河平原区耕地绿色利用效率均值为1.014,大部分处于最优状态以上,效率水平呈轻微下降态势。研究区耕地绿色利用效率存在显著的正向空间相关性;研究区耕地绿色利用效率呈现出一定程度的局部空间集聚现象,但大多数区域的集聚效应并不明显,随着时间的推移,这些集聚区域的位置也在不断变化;下辽河平原区耕地绿色利用效率自西向东呈轻微倒U形,且西部略高;自南向北呈U形,且南部略高。[结论]通过Tobit模型分析得出,农村居民人均播种面积和政府支农力度对耕地绿色利用效率具有正向影响,耕地复种指数、单位面积农业机械总动力和农村居民人均可支配收入对效率呈负向影响,说明目前下辽河平原区各区域耕地绿色利用效率存在明显差异,未来应进一步优化资源配置,构建区域协同机制,发挥高值区域引领作用,以促进整个区域耕地绿色利用效率的全面提升。[Objective]This research examines the laws governing the evolution of green land-use efficiency in cultivated areas of the Liaohe Plain,both temporally and spatially,as well as the underlying factors.It aims to provide a scientific rationale for safeguarding national food security,promoting low-carbon emission reductions,and achieving sustainable agricultural economic development.[Methods]Utilizing the super-efficiency SBM model,we evaluated the green utilization efficiency of cultivated land across 32 agricultural counties(cities,districts)within the lower Liaohe Plain,spanning from 2009 to 2022,and the spatial autocorrelation and the Tobit model,alongside other analytical tools,was employed to investigate the characteristics of the evolution in temporal and spatial patterns,as well as the factors influencing the efficiency of green land utilization across various counties(cities,districts).[Results]The findings indicate that the mean efficiency of green land utilization in the Liaohe Plain's lower region stands at 1.014,most of which are above the optimal state,and the efficiency level shows a slight decline.There is a significant positive spatial correlation between the green utilization efficiency of cultivated land in the study area;A certain level of spatial clustering is observed in the efficiency of green land utilization for cultivated areas within the study region,but the agglomeration effect in most areas is not significant,and with the passage of time,the agglomeration areas continue to migrate.The efficiency of green land utilization for cultivated land in the lower Liaohe Plain exhibits a slight inverted U-shaped trend,transitioning from the western to the eastern regions,and it is slightly higher in the west.It is U-shaped from south to north,and slightly higher in the south.[Conclusion]Through Tobit model analysis,the conclusion drawn is that the size of per capita farmland held by rural inhabitants and government support for agriculture has a beneficial effect on enhancing the efficiency of green
