叶片参数对地铁牵引电机自通风风扇性能的影响研究

摘  要:自通风牵引电机作为轨道交通领域常用的动力单元,其性能表现对整车牵引系统效率和安全性具有重要影响。目前,行业内针对具备双旋向特性的自通风牵引电机风扇的结构设计尚无通用标准,为了解叶片数、叶片厚度对自通风风扇通风及气动方面性能的具体影响,本论文采取数值计算的方法,对某型号自通风牵引电机风扇展开研究,结果表明:风扇提供的流量、消耗的轴功率随叶片数增加均表现出先增大后减小的趋势,转折点对应的叶片数均不小于23;叶片数对风扇性能影响大于叶片厚度且进口叶根稠度维持在0.2~0.4之间,可使得风扇最高效率维持在较高水平。因此,设计该类型风扇时建议叶片数不小于23且进口叶根稠度应选取在0.2~0.4之间较为合理,此外增加叶片数的同时减小叶片厚度可作为保持风扇性能不降条件下减重的方法之一。As a common power unit used in rail transit,the performance of self-ventilated traction motor has an important impact on the efficiency and safety of traction system.At present,there is no universal standard for the structural design of self-ventilating fans with bidirectional rotation characteristic within the rail transit industry.In order to understand the specific influence of blade number and blade thickness of traction motor self-ventilating fan on its aerodynamic performance,this paper adopts the numerical calculation method to study a certain type of self-ventilated traction motor fan.The results show that the air flow rate provided by the fan and the consumed shaft power all increase at first and then decrease with the increase of the number of blades,and the number of blades corresponding to the above turning point is not less than 23;The influence of blade number on fan performance is greater than blade thickness and it can keep the maximum efficiency of the fan at a high level that the consistency of blade root at passage inlet is selected between 0.2 and 0.4.Therefore,when designing this type of fan,it is suggested that the number of blades should be no less than 23 and the consistency of blade root at passage inlet should be selected between 0.2 and 0.4.In addition,increasing the number of blades and reducing the thickness of blades can be used as one of the methods to reduce weight while maintaining the performance of fans.
