摘  要:随着我国公路交通的快速发展,早期设计的道路因性能差和环境影响出现了多种病害,因此对道路进行养护变得尤为重要。传统沥青路面热再生技术存在诸多不足,而微波加热技术以加热均匀、快速和环保等优势备受关注。本研究基于微波技术在沥青道路维护中的应用,通过数值模拟和实验,探究900 W、1300 W、1700 W微波功率对沥青块2 cm、4 cm深度加热20 min时温度的影响,并通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和X-射线衍射(XRD)分析技术,进一步研究了沥青块的分子组成和微观结构。结果显示,微波功率在1700 W时沥青块2 cm处温度达141.4℃,4 cm处达163.1℃,均达到沥青路面再生过程中的铣刨摊铺温度;2 cm深度处的温度略低于4 cm深度处的温度,表明微波具有穿透性;且微波技术的使用对沥青的微观结构影响较小。微波加热技术能有效修补旧路面病害,延长路面使用寿命,对提高道路养护效率和环保性具有重要意义。With the rapid development of China's highway transportation,early designed roads have developed various diseases due to poor performance and environmental impacts,making road maintenance particularly important.Traditional hot recycling technology for asphalt pavements has many shortcomings,while microwave heating technology has attracted much attention due to its advantages of uniform,rapid,and environmentally friendly heating.This study is based on the application of microwave technology in the maintenance of asphalt roads.Through numerical simulation and experiments,the impact of microwave powers of 900 W,1300 W,and 1700 W on the temperature of asphalt blocks at depths of 2 cm and 4 cm after heating for 20 minutes was investigated.Furthermore,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray Diffraction(XRD)analysis techniques were used to further study the molecular composition and microstructure of the asphalt blocks.The results showed that when the microwave power was at 1700 W,the temperature of the asphalt block at 2 cm depth reached 141.4℃,and at 4 cm depth reached 163.1℃,both of which met the milling and paving temperature required in the asphalt pavement recycling process.The temperature at 2 cm depth was slightly lower than that at 4 cm depth,indicating the penetrating ability of microwaves.Moreover,the use of microwave technology had minimal impact on the microstructure of the asphalt.Microwave heating technology can effectively repair old road diseases and extend the service life of the road surface,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency and environmental friendliness of road maintenance.
